Volkan Kaya was born in 1978 in Izmir/Turkey. He graduated from Istanbul University, Department of International Relations in 2000. In addition, he also received a master's degree in international finance. He started his career at Citibank Turkey in 2000. He held senior positions in banking for 11 years at Citibank and HSBC. During this period, he gained extensive experience in marketing, financial analysis, customer relations and portfolio management. In 2011, he left the banking sector and started working at Koza Human Resources Inc. as a member of the board of directors responsible for operations. In 2018, he became Chairman of the Board of Directors of the same company. The company operates throughout Türkiye and employs approximately 6000 people. It is one of Turkey's leading companies in the field of human resources. Company provides services in human resource supply, payroll and personnel management to logistics, e-commerce, food, pharmaceutical, textile and similar companies. During his time in this company, KAYA gained deep experience in matters such as human resources and project management, resource supply and recruitment services.Three years ago, he established KAYA Consultancy DMCC in the UAE, bringing his expertise to the Middle East region. This company provides consultancy services to its clients under company licenses in the DMCC Free Zone. Two months ago, he also established Volrock General Trading LLC in the UAE mainland, which operates in product supply. He currently serves as Chairman of the Board for both companies.
